We offer a complimentary initial consultation to discuss your needs and determine if mediation is the right fit for your situation.

$250 PER PARTY FOR INITIAL THREE (3) HOUR SESSION

Mediation sessions are a minimum of 3 hours. The number of sessions depends on what you need to resolve. Many clients reach an agreement within 1 session.

$150 Per Hour

Initial documentation review for mediation sessions are included with the three hour price, however, should your case require extensive review of exhibits, an additional fee of $150 will be assessed. We provide professional document review services to ensure all materials are thoroughly examined and ready for mediation.
